Specific service engagements — including AI development, custom software development, mobile app development, or any other service — are governed by separate signed agreements, proposals, or statements of work (SOW) between Matriye Technologies Pte. Ltd. and the client. Those signed agreements take precedence over this website's general content for scope, pricing, timelines and deliverables.

3. Consultations & Bookings

Free consultations booked via our Calendly link (https://calendly.com/matriye-technologies/30min) are provided to discuss your project needs and determine fit. Booking a consultation does not create a binding service contract; a formal engagement begins only upon signed agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, case studies, and design — is the property of Matriye Technologies Pte. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise noted. For client engagements: unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, clients retain full ownership of custom-developed source code and deliverables upon full and final payment. Matriye Technologies retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, methodologies and internal IP used to deliver services, and may reuse general knowledge, techniques and non-confidential learnings across engagements.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client project details shared through our inquiry forms or during consultations as confidential business information and do not disclose them to third parties except as necessary to deliver requested services or as required by law. Formal engagements are typically covered by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Matriye Technologies strives for accuracy in all website content — including service descriptions, timelines, and case study results — but makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the general website content.
