Specific service engagements are governed by separate signed agreements/statements of work between Matriye Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and the client, which take precedence over general website terms for scope, pricing and deliverables.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, clients retain full ownership of custom-developed source code and deliverables upon full payment. Matriye Technologies retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks and internal IP used to deliver services.

Limitation of Liability

Matriye Technologies strives for accuracy in all website content but makes no warranties regarding completeness. Liability terms for service engagements are defined in individual client contracts.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in a client-specific agreement.
