We retain lead and inquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and maintain business records, typically no longer than 36 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law or an active engagement.

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business, strictly limited to the purpose of providing that service: email delivery providers (for welcome emails and notifications), scheduling providers (Calendly), analytics providers, and cloud hosting/infrastructure providers (Cloudflare).
