Performance and UI Consistency
Flutter compiles to native ARM code and renders its own UI layer via Skia/Impeller, giving pixel-perfect consistency across iOS and Android — ideal for brand-heavy, animation-rich apps. React Native has closed much of the historical performance gap with the New Architecture (Fabric/TurboModules), but still relies on native components for some UI elements.
Developer Ecosystem
If your team already has strong React/JavaScript expertise, React Native offers a smoother learning curve and easier code-sharing with web teams. Flutter requires Dart, but offers a more unified, predictable development experience once the team ramps up.
